"We’re a high maintenance customer in the way we set up our shops. We have a lot of doors, and some that need to be open during the day. I think what really drew me to Custom Locksmith & Alarm is the 'custom.' They custom-design an alarm system, and for me, “custom” was what was important. It would’ve been easy for them to say 'we can’t do that,' but they did it—and it all works really well and I’m able to access it with my phone.

They’re very diligent about making it work and being patient. We’ve had other, bigger alarm companies that were more cookie-cutter and weren’t as effective. [Custom Locksmith & Alarm] is trustworthy, with good people and nice equipment—and they have rates lower than some big box companies I sent bids to. They answer their phones, they call back, and they’re all-around a great, family-oriented business that’s very determined to get to the bottom of any problem. We’ve moved everything to them: shops, houses, both barns, you name it. I highly recommend them."
